About Us
How We Met: Hacking the Future of Work
We met when we co-organized an Hack4theFuture, an MIT hackathon, on humanizing AI for the Future of Work. Drawing on our careers in HR and pediatrics, we create spaces for growth mindset, where unique individuals form diverse teams to solve "wicked problems" together.

Our Experience
The founders' experience includes executive coach training (International Coaching Federation) and education from MIT Sloan, Harvard, USC, Stanford, and Wellesley. We have a cumulative 25 years of work experience spanning higher education, curriculum design, human resources, tech, STEM, healthcare, non-profit, government, and even founding a consulting company.

We understand feeling exhausted, confused, overwhelmed or feeling tired of checking boxes. We support you within a collaborative, non-judging, data-driven community.
